Before contacting support

Include the device model, iOS or watchOS version, app version, active profile, and what you expected to happen.

Trip counting

If a trip does not count as expected, open the trip detail, review the explanation, and use the manual override when needed.

Purchase and restore

BonoCheck uses a one-time purchase for unlimited trip logging. If you already bought it, use Restore Purchase from the app.

iCloud sync

Keep iCloud enabled for BonoCheck on each device and allow a few minutes for changes to appear after installing on a new device.

Widgets do not update

Open BonoCheck once, confirm the active profile and latest trips are correct, then wait for iOS to refresh the widget.

Apple Watch does not show recent data

Open BonoCheck on iPhone and Apple Watch, check that both devices use the same iCloud account, and leave them connected for a short time.

Data looks different on another device

Confirm iCloud Drive is enabled, BonoCheck has iCloud access, and the device has network access. Sync can take a few minutes.
